We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented Defoliation Technicians to join our cultivation team on a casual, on-call basis. This role is ideal for students or individuals looking for flexible extra work throughout the week. Shifts are called out on a first come first serve basis and, depending on production needs, may vary from month to month.

No prior cannabis or cultivation experience is required. Training will be provided. Must be 19+

Responsibilities

- Defoliate cannabis plants according to company procedures and quality standards.
- Remove excess foliage carefully and efficiently to support plant health, airflow, and crop development.
- Work quickly and consistently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Use step ladders safely to access plants at varying heights.
- Cleaning
- Follow workplace health and safety policies, including required protective equipment.

Work Environment: This position is based in a cultivation facility that can be hot, humid, and loud.



The work is fast-paced and involves standing for extended periods, repetitive hand movements, and moving throughout the grow area. Employees must be comfortable working around cannabis plants and following strict facility procedures.

Qualifications

- Experience in relevant fields preferred but not necessary.
- Availability to accept on-call shifts throughout the week.
- Ability to work safely on step ladders.
- Comfortable working in a hot, humid, and noisy environment.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
- Solid attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the applicable location.

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
