902 Property Media is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Real Estate Photographer to join our team on a casual, contract basis.

If you love photography, enjoy working independently, and have an eye for composition and lighting, we'd love to hear from you.

This is a flexible role with shoots booked throughout the Halifax Regional Municipality.

What You'll Do

- Photograph residential properties for MLS listings
- Capture interior and exterior images
- Operate a drone (if licensed)
- Follow our photography standards and shot lists
- Deliver RAW images promptly after each shoot
- Communicate professionally with REALTORS® and homeowners
- Arrive on time and represent our brand professionally

What We're Looking For

✔ Photography experience

✔ Strong understanding of composition and lighting

✔ Comfortable working independently

✔ Reliable transportation

✔ Excellent communication skills

✔ Detail-oriented

✔ Able to work evenings and occasional weekends

Preferred Qualifications

- Real estate photography experience
- Drone certification (Transport Canada Basic or Advanced)
- Experience with Lightroom
- Experience using full-frame cameras
- Customer service experience

Equipment





Applicants may use their own professional equipment or company equipment may be provided depending on experience.

Preferred equipment includes

- Full-frame DSLR or mirrorless camera
- Wide-angle lens (14–24mm or 16–35mm)
- Tripod
- Drone (optional)

Compensation

Contract / Casual Position

Paid per completed shoot.

Typical earnings

$70–$170 per assignment

Additional compensation available for

- Drone services
- Twilight shoots
- Rush bookings
- Video production
