Quality Leadership & Mindset

Champion a

quality-first culture , ensuring teams see QA as a strategic partner—not a last step. Communicate risks, results, and opportunities clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Bring positivity, ownership, and a solution-oriented attitude to complex challenges. Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test strategies across: Web platforms APIs Integrations and backend services Conduct both structured and

exploratory testing

using advanced heuristics and charters. Review requirements, designs, and user flows to identify gaps early. Automation Engineering

Build and maintain automated test suites using: Python Java Playwright (Microsoft) Partner with development teams to integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines. Stay current on new testing tools, frameworks, and trends.



Proactively bring forward suggestions for improvements in QA processes, automation, tooling, and workflows. What We're Looking For

Selenium Exploratory testing expertise Solid understanding of CI/CD, Git workflows, and modern SDLC practices Experience with A/B testing validation Accessibility testing tools (Axe, Lighthouse, etc.) Performance testing exposure (JMeter, k6) Testing in Cloud environments (Azure/AWS)
