As our organization continues to grow, we are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and professional Certification Assistant to join our Certification Department at our Delta location.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with documents, data, and people and who takes pride in keeping information accurate and organized. Full training and structured onboarding will be provided to help the successful candidate become familiar with our processes and systems.

About the Role The Certification Assistant provides administrative and coordination support to the Certification Department. You will help ensure that certification projects, records, databases, invoices, and related documentation are maintained accurately and efficiently.

This position involves working closely with certification coordinators, managers, technical teams, and clients. The successful candidate will be comfortable managing multiple priorities, following established processes, and paying close attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

- Open and close certification projects across departments and office locations.
- Maintain and update certification databases, Salesforce records, project trackers, and shared documentation systems.
- Coordinate project documentation and ensure records are complete, accurate, and properly filed.
- Assist with certification invoicing, coordination, and follow-up activities.
- Support the scheduling of inspections, reviews, and other certification activities.
- Track certification labels, DCN forms, and other certification-related records.
- Assist with client inquiries related to certification documentation and records.




- Support the Certification Coordinator and Certification Management team with administrative and clerical tasks.
- Assist with reporting, document organization, and general departmental coordination.
- Provide backup administrative support during busy periods or staffing shortages.
- Communicate professionally with internal teams and clients to help keep certification projects moving forward.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma, certificate, or post-secondary education in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in administrative support, data entry, project coordination, or a similar office-support role.
- Robust proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Experience working with databases, Salesforce, CRM systems, or project-tracking software is considered an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy when working with documentation and data.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team.
- Previous experience supporting certification, compliance, technical, or engineering teams is considered an asset.

Working Conditions
- Full-time, on-site position.
- Monday to Friday.
- 8 hours per day.
- Standard working hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
- Office and certification environment.

Compensation $21.00 – $24.00 per hour The final rate will be based on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated capabilities.
