When people are relaxed, comfortable, happy and healthy, they have the ability to work harder, concentrate better, feel physically, emotionally and mentally balanced, and give that happiness back into their homes, workplaces, and community. Our Estheticians are one of the key roles in contributing towards a relaxing and inclusive atmosphere of the spa.

Responsibilities

- Luxurious skin care treatments
- Facials, body treatments and nail services
- Ability to recommend a maintenance program and recommend products to be used at home
- Give instructions to spa guests on home-based products
- Knowledge of hours of operation, spa and salon services and products
- Scheduled daily group activities/meetings
- Complete Achieve Wellness Spa protocol and treatments training successfully
- Maintain complete knowledge of, and comply with, Spa and departmental policies and procedures




- Greet each guest warmly and provide a courteous good-bye
- Notify management of all maintenance needs
- Handle guest complaints by following Achieve Wellness Spa procedures and ensuring guest satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness of Treatment room, Prep room and Spa in general
- Perform daily routine set up and break down of treatment rooms
- Set up treatment rooms, at the beginning of each shift, with all necessary supplies and equipment
- Responsible for sanitation procedures of all tools used after each guest
- Assist in the locker and/or waiting area and laundry room as needed
- Attend all required meetings and training sessions

Qualifications
- Esthetics License and certification
- Graduate of Esthetics school with a minimum of 1100 hours
- High school diploma

Must-haves
- Excellent communication skills required
- Ability to provide legible communication
- Intermediate level math skills
- Flexible schedule
- Superior customer service skills

Desirable
- First Aid and CPR
- Experience in a skincare clinic or spa
- Two-year’s experience
