Berezan Hospitality Group is a family-run company offering great experiences across gaming, hospitality, liquor retail, accommodations, and mountain recreation. We’re looking for Servers to join our team at Chances Castlegar.
We are currently hiring 1 year-round Server and 3 seasonal Servers, with the seasonal positions starting in September.

What You'll Do
As a Server, you'll provide friendly, efficient service while creating a great experience for our guests.
- Take guest food and beverage orders and make recommendations when appropriate.
- Enter orders and transactions accurately into our point-of-sale system (Barnett).
- Ensure food and beverages are delivered promptly and accurately.
- Present bills and process guest payments.
- Clear tables, remove glassware, and restock supplies as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming service area.
- Follow all responsible service, gaming, and company policies and procedures.
What You'll Bring
- Friendly and professional customer service skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand and remain active for extended periods.
- Previous serving or customer service experience is an asset.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Serving It Right certificate.
- Ability to successfully complete the required gaming-related background check.
- Must be 19 years of age or older.
