Salary: 95k - 110k / Annum

- Lead organizational change and workforce strategy across business operations.

- Drive workforce planning, analytics, and labor optimization initiatives.

- Translate workforce data into actionable insights and executive-level recommendations.

- Manage cross-functional projects and influence HR, Operations, Merchandising, and Field Leadership.

- Lead teams, drive adoption, and deliver measurable business impact.

- Ideal background: Change Management + Workforce Planning/Analytics + Project Management + strong stakeholder communication.
