AltaGas - Manager, Change Enablement As Manager, Change Enablement, Digital Projects, you'll play a pivotal role in helping our people successfully adopt and embrace change across the enterprise. Reporting into our Director, Organizational Change Management & Communications, you'll lead the people-side of complex digital initiatives, ensuring employees are informed, prepared, and empowered as new technologies, processes, and ways of working are introduced. You'll partner with senior leaders, project teams, and stakeholders across the organization to build change strategies that drive engagement, readiness, and lasting adoption.

This is a highly visible enterprise role for a strategic change leader who thrives in complex environments, influences without authority, and is passionate about turning transformation into results. Lead organizational change management efforts for enterprise-wide digital initiatives, ensuring successful adoption and realization of business value Develop and execute comprehensive change strategies that include stakeholder engagement, communications, training, readiness, and sustainment planning Partner closely with business leaders, project managers, and subject matter experts to understand current and future-state impacts and translate them into actionable change plans Assess organizational readiness, identify change impacts and adoption risks, and implement mitigation strategies that strengthen engagement and reduce resistance Provide coaching, guidance, and mentorship to project teams, leaders, and change practitioners across the organization Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders,



helping shape decisions that balance project objectives with employee experience Champion a mindset of continuous improvement by evolving change management practices and bringing forward innovative approaches that enhance organizational effectiveness 10+ years of experience leading organizational change management, transformation, or business improvement initiatives within complex organizations ~ Demonstrated success designing and executing change strategies for large-scale technology, digital and enterprise transformation programs ~ Solid understanding of change management methodologies and best practices; Prosci, CCMP, or related certification is considered an asset ~ Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build credibility at all levels, including senior leadership ~ Experience conducting change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, communications planning, learning strategy development, and adoption measurement ~ A collaborative mindset, natural curiosity, and passion for helping people navigate change successfully ~ Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, Human Resources or a related discipline Lead the people side of some of AltaGas' most strategic digital initiatives, helping shape how work gets done across the enterprise Partner with senior leaders, project teams and stakeholders across multiple business areas to deliver lasting organisational impact Join a collaborative team focused on continuous improvement,
