Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement OTPs sport performance strategies
• Oversee relationships with National Sport Organizations
• Identify system-wide trends affecting performance




• Lead technical performance reviews for top sports
• Monitor investment impacts and report findings

Requirements:
• Graduate degree in relevant field preferred
• Minimum 10 years in high-performance sport leadership
• Proven success with Olympic and Paralympic programs
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Bilingualism in English and French considered an asset
