Job Overview:

As a OneTen Chef, you will be a part of the creative and operational leadership team of our kitchen. You will oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu development, team leadership, and quality control. Your leadership will help shape the culinary direction of OneTen and ensure every dish meets our high standards of flavor, presentation, and consistency.

Responsibilities:

- Lead, mentor, and support back-of-house staff
- Assist in design and development of seasonal menus and features with a focus on quality and innovation
- Maintain exceptional food quality, consistency, and presentation standards
- Manage kitchen inventory, food costing, ordering, and waste reduction
- Enforce health, safety, and sanitation regulations




- Collaborate with ownership and front-of-house team to deliver an exceptional guest experience

Qualifications:

- Minimum 2 years of culinary experience in a upscale casual or contemporary dining
- Solid leadership and team-building skills
- Creative approach to menu development and plating
- Excellent understanding of food costing, inventory, and kitchen operations
- Food Handler Certification (required)
