Job Posting:

Chemical Engineer / Chemist-Technologist – Research & Development and Quality Control

Experience:

5+ Years

- Chemical Engineer with expertise in wood coatings

- Previous experience in coatings research and development is required

- Knowledge of UV coatings, polyurethane coatings, acrylic coatings, post-catalyzed and pre-catalyzed systems, and pigment dispersion

- Operations and production,

- Quality Control.

Tasks

- Conduct research on current resins, surfactants, and additives

- Develop new water-based and solvent-based products

- Evaluate products to ensure consistent compliance with required application specifications

- Pigment dispersion

- Product quality control
