Key Responsibilities:
• Lead I&C; system design and implementation for HVAC products
• Provide mentorship and technical leadership to engineering teams
• Oversee all aspects of PLC and DDC programming




• Manage engineering design releases and BOM updates

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering field
• Must hold P.Eng. designation or be eligible for it
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in instrumentation design
• At least 2 years of team management experience
• Strong understanding of BACnet and IP communication protocols
