Job Description Jaguar Land Rover Toronto is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to support our sales leadership team and deliver an exceptional luxury automotive experience. This role is ideal for a motivated leader who thrives in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment and is passionate about driving performance, coaching sales professionals, and upholding the Jaguar Land Rover brand standards across the Greater Toronto Area. Responsibilities & Credentials Engage hands on with sales consultants and customers equally. Assist the Sales Manager to train and develop a unified sales team to surpass monthly sales goals by demonstrating superior leadership. Supportive role to the Sales Manager in all critical planning and strategy development. Ensure consumer/dealer communications and brand experiences are designed to drive business objectives, enhance brand image and showcase performance products in the most creative light possible. Ensure all communications are in compliance with brand guidelines and corporate identity standards. Help create programs that deliver results (sales leads, prospects, test drives, dealer visits, etc.) and properly represent the brand at all touch points. Required Specialized Skills 5 years of experience in automotive sales.



Experience leading direct reports and vendors to manage high‑impact/high‑visibility programs. In‑depth understanding of automotive industry issues. Demonstrated ability to possess outstanding customer satisfaction (CSI) history. Additional Qualifications Only experienced automotive sales professionals. Must possess a working knowledge of One Eighty software and be able to self‑manage their day‑to‑day work plan activities. Process driven with outstanding attention to detail and high sense of urgency. Possess superior communication, organizational and follow‑up skills. Self‑motivated and able to manage day‑to‑day activities in a fast‑paced setting. Friendly, non‑pretentious, outgoing personality, positive attitude and a professional appearance.
