Production Manager

Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations on the production floor. Must have experience in high quality collision repair, be an effective leader, possess above average supervisory skills, and have a good understanding of insurance claims procedures and policies. Must be able to delegate responsibilities to those reporting to them. Must have a positive work attitude, excellent personal time management and organizational skills, and foster a positive team spirit within the department and across other departments in support of the overall philosophy of the company and fellow employees.

Key Responsibilities

- Opening/closing shop
- Delegating work to repair technicians
- Assisting with estimates as necessary
- Communicating with insurance
- Managing vehicle movement
- Managing sublets
- Spearheading production meetings
- Final vehicle inspection and quality assurance
