Role Description The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is a full-time remote role responsible for setting the strategic direction of CodeSplit AI and ensuring sustainable growth. The CEO will oversee company operations and financial performance, lead executive decision-making, and align resources with business objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include refining the business model, guiding modernization offerings, developing and maintaining key client and partner relationships, and leading sales and go-to-market initiatives.

The CEO will collaborate closely with leadership teams on strategic planning, operational improvements, budgeting, and performance metrics, while fostering a high-impact, inclusive culture. This role also involves representing the company publicly,



communicating vision and progress to stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and corporate governance standards.

Qualifications

- Strong Finance and Business Planning skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance management.
- Proven experience in Operations Management, with the ability to optimize processes and deliver outcome-based consulting services.
- Demonstrated capability in Sales, with a track record of driving revenue growth and building strategic client relationships.
- Expertise in Strategic Planning, including setting long-term vision, defining priorities, and aligning teams to shared goals.
- Executive leadership experience in consulting, technology, or AI-focused organizations, preferably in high-growth environments.
- Ability to lead remote teams, promote accountability, and cultivate an inclusive, team-oriented culture.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with AI, digital transformation, or technical modernization services is highly beneficial.
- Advanced degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent executive experience.
