Cornerstone Family Chiropractic is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and compassionate Chiropractic Assistant to join our growing team!

We are a wellness-based, neurologically focused chiropractic office located in Northeast Winnipeg at the corner of Reenders Drive and Lagimodière Boulevard.

This is not your typical reception job — and we are not your typical wellness office!

What You’ll Do

As a Chiropractic Assistant, you will be an important part of both our patient experience and daily office operations.Your role will include:

- Welcoming and connecting with patients and families
- Answering phones, emails, and messages
- Scheduling and confirming appointments
- Checking patients in and out and processing payments
- Supporting the chiropractor with patient care and office flow
- Assisting the doctor with marking X-rays
- Learning and assisting with decompression therapy, including connecting and disconnecting patients from the equipment as trained
- Preparing rooms and equipment
- Keeping the office clean, organized, and welcoming
- Comfortable using computers, iPads, apps, and email
- Participating in team meetings, training, and continuing education
- Helping with social media and community communication
- Taking initiative and helping wherever needed

You will also be required to learn and memorize office scripts. Being able to confidently and naturally use these scripts when communicating with patients is an important part of the position. The Person We’re Looking For





You don't need chiropractic experience — we will train the right person.

We are looking for someone who is:

Customer service, sales, healthcare, chiropractic, administrative, or social media experience is an asset but not required.

Schedule

Availability for these hours is a MUST:

- Monday: 6:30 AM–11:30 AM and 2:30 PM–6:30 PM
- Tuesday: 11:30 AM–6:30 PM
- Wednesday: 6:30 AM–11:30 AM and 2:30 PM–6:30 PM
- Thursday: 1:00 PM–6:30 PM
- Friday: 6:30 AM–2:00 PM

Approximately 35–40 hours per week. Start and end times may vary slightly depending on patient appointment times and the needs of the office. Why Cornerstone?
