$1,200–$1,700+ weekly average with opportunity to exceed (piecework + daily performance bonuses) *minimum $25 per hour basepay.

Who We’re Looking For





Natural leader with high integrity and energy

Valid G Driver’s License + clean abstract

Comfortable working outdoors in all weather & on ladders/roofs

Physically capable of lifting 55 lbs and climbing ladders regularly

Flexible schedule - peak season means longer days and Saturday work

Strong attention to detail - your installs are safe, straight, and stunning

Comfortable using mobile tools for notes, photos, check-ins

Bonus if you have boom lift or Working at Heights certification

Quick Glance at the Role:

You’ll drive a company vehicle with a crew of 1 or 2 assistants, complete top-notch installations of lights, greenery, wreaths, and more on rooflines, trees, railings, and structures. You’ll communicate with customers, manage site safety, troubleshoot on-site, and return each day with a truckload of pride.

This is a seasonal role from October through February with year-round career opportunities in Lawn Care and Pest Control for the right people.
