Position Overview

As a Civil/Structural Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the planning, design, and execution of various luxury rental projects and commercial builds. You will collaborate with a team of professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and oversee construction projects including luxury rentals and commercial buildings.

- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to determine project requirements.

- Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and reports.

- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other engineers to facilitate cross-functional teamwork.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.

- Assist in project budget estimation and resource allocation.

- Monitor project progress and provide solutions to any challenges that arise.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Structural Engineer

- Skilled Engineer (P.Eng.) designation in Manitoba or eligibility for registration.

- Experience in leading a team is an asset

- Stamping & Compliance experience.

- Wood-Frame Experience
