We currently have an opportunity for a suitably qualified and experienced Civil Field Engineer, working a FIFO 15/13 roster, with experience in mining civil infrastructure construction, specific experience and knowledge in tailings storage and construction will advantages.

About You

You will bring to our team the following qualities and skills, adding real value to DHN and our clients:

· A bachelor’s degree in civil engineering. P.Eng. certification would be an asset.

· Experience in a construction environment, preferably within the resource, energy or industrial sectors

· Exceptional work ethic with a focus on teamwork and delivering outcomes.

· Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.

· An advanced understanding and commitment to workplace health and safety culture.

· Robust field experience, preferably on the Client side, or as a member of an Owner’s Team.

· Broad experience in all phases of Project Life Cycle.





· Experience working FIFO Rosters.

The role The role of civil field engineer will report to the Construction Superintendent and be an integral member of the Owner’s Team, responsible for the following:

· Supporting construction and project controls with sound engineering principles, including review and assessment of supplier work methodologies for compliance to project specifications.

· Quality control in accordance with procedures, quality plans and inspection and test plans.

· Coordinate the technical interface between our client, suppliers, contractors and key stakeholders.

· Collation and coordination of technical reports for the Construction Superintendent and Project Manager.
