Kencor Heavy Haul Ltd. is looking for a Company Long haul CDN/US truck drivers. Heavy Haul and/or over dimensional experience considered a major asset with step deck and flat deck experience.

Responsibilities

Loading and unloading of equipment, freight, ensuring safety and security of cargo. Must be organized and be able to manage paperwork and fill out bills of lading correctly. Receive and relay information to central dispatcher. Understand weights and dimensions, journey management and time management.

Qualifications

Educational requirement:

Canadian Driver's License (Class 1), Air Brake Endorsement, WHMIS Certificate. Clean 5-year commercial drivers abstract, Understand and communicate in English proficiently. Tarping training, Heavy Haul and over dimensional training.

Related experience: Must be willing, able and confident to drive through mountain terrain, far north driving (Alaska, Yukon, NWT) and cross border drive (USA). Three Years Heavy Haul driving experience minimum, Tarping of loads experience, strapping and chaining of loads experience, over dimensional experience.
