AeroSports is looking for a reliable, hardworking and detail-oriented cleaner to help keep our family entertainment venue clean, fresh and ready for guests every day.

What you'll do

Your main responsibility is cleaning and maintaining the venue.

You will clean

- Washrooms
- Floors and carpets
- Trampoline/activity areas
- Arcade and gaming areas
- Tables, chairs and seating
- Party rooms
- Mirrors and glass
- High-touch surfaces
- Garbage/recycling areas
- Other common areas

You will also:
- Restock cleaning and washroom supplies
- Keep cleaning/storage areas organized
- Report any damage, spills or maintenance issues
- Follow a daily cleaning checklist
- Make sure the venue is clean and ready before opening

We are looking for someone who is:

Previous cleaning, housekeeping, hotel, restaurant, daycare, school or commercial cleaning experience is an asset. Important — please read before applying

This is a hands-on cleaning position. The successful candidate will spend the majority of the shift cleaning and maintaining the venue.

The job requires standing, walking, bending and regular cleaning duties for approximately 3–4 hours each morning.

Responsibilities

- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold cleanliness standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and recreational spaces to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Restock supplies like towels, toiletries, and cleaning materials to ensure availability for guests and staff.
- Follow established safety procedures and use appropriate cleaning chemicals responsibly to promote health and safety.
- Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure quick resolution and uphold facility standards.
- Adhere to all health regulations and company policies related to sanitation, hygiene, and safety protocols.
- Assist with industrial cleaning tasks when required, including deep cleaning of larger areas or specialized equipment.

Skills

- Proven experience in cleaning or custodial roles, preferably within the hospitality industry or similar environments.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, tools, and safety procedures related to hotel or industrial cleaning.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a rapid-paced setting.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and quality assurance.
- Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and moving heavy items when necessary.
- Familiarity with hospitality standards and customer service principles is a plus.
