Duties

- Perform comprehensive cleaning of floors, windows, restrooms, and common areas using appropriate tools and cleaning agents
- Maintain cleanliness of all surfaces, including desks, countertops, and fixtures, to promote hygiene and safety
- Dispose of waste responsibly and ensure recycling protocols are followed diligently
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper to ensure availability at all times
- Follow established health and safety guidelines during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents or contamination
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to supervisors for swift resolution




- Use commercial cleaning equipment effectively, including vacuums, floor scrubbers, and steam cleaners

Skills

- Proven custodial experience with a strong understanding of cleaning procedures in commercial environments
- Ability to operate cleaning machinery safely and efficiently
- Knowledge of proper use of cleaning chemicals and adherence to safety protocols
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure all areas meet cleanliness standards
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Good communication skills for reporting issues and coordinating with team members
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards
