Key Responsibilities:

- Train and coach cleaning staff on best practices
- Monitor and maintain quality of cleaning services
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Serve as in office client contact when necessary
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards Requirements:
- 2-3 years of janitorial or commercial cleaning experience
- Previously held lead or supervisory roles
- Strong knowledge of cleaning products and techniques
- Valid Ontario driver’s license required
