Role Description

As a Client Care Coordinator at Sol Skin Spa, you will create a welcoming, seamless client experience while building lasting relationships and contributing to the success of a growing medical aesthetics clinic.

What You’ll Bring to the Role

- Deliver personalized client care from initial inquiry through post-treatment follow-up, including appointments and client communication.
- Recommend suitable treatments, packages, and skincare products while working toward monthly sales targets.
- Help maintain an organized,



welcoming clinic by supporting treatment-room readiness, online reviews, and daily operations.
- Experience in medical aesthetics, luxury retail, hospitality, wellness, or a similar client-focused industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of aesthetic treatments or professional skincare and a valid driver’s licence are assets.
