The Role

We are seeking a full time Client Care, Scheduling & HR Coordinator to join our office team.

Scheduling will be your primary responsibility, ensuring every client receives consistent, reliable care from caregivers who are the best fit for their unique needs.

In addition, you will support our Human Resources functions by helping recruit, onboard, support, and retain exceptional caregivers.

This is a fast-paced position that requires exceptional organization, excellent communication, sound judgment, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

You'll work closely with leadership and become an integral part of creating an outstanding experience for both our clients and our employees.

Primary Responsibilities

Scheduling & Client Care

- Manage caregiver schedules on a daily and forward-planning basis
- Match caregivers to clients based on personality, experience, skills, language, cultural preferences, and availability
- Coordinate new client starts and caregiver introductions
- Maintain accurate scheduling records
- Monitor caregiver availability and proactively anticipate staffing needs
- Respond to schedule changes and urgent call-ins




- Participate in an evening and weekend on-call rotation
- Communicate professionally with clients, families, caregivers, and leadership

Human Resources
- Assist with recruitment and interviewing
- Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation
- Maintain employee files and documentation
- Track training, certifications, and compliance requirements
- Assist with employee recognition initiatives
- Support performance management and employee engagement
- Help foster a positive workplace culture
- Assist with various HR and administrative projects

You understand that excellent scheduling is about much more than filling shifts—it's about building trust, maintaining meaningful relationships, and ensuring every client receives the care they deserve.

Qualifications

- Previous scheduling or healthcare coordination experience preferred
- Previous Human Resources or recruitment experience is considered an asset
- Completion of an HCA, LPN, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related program is considered an asset
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to make sound decisions in time-sensitive situations
- Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Vulnerable Sector Police Check

Schedule

- Full-time
- Monday to Friday




- Participation in an evening/weekend on-call rotation
- In-person position based in Calgary
