This role involves operating laundry machinery and ensuring a tidy, homelike atmosphere for residents. Key Responsibilities:
• Sort and wash soiled linen, using the right wash cycles
• Process and deliver clean laundry to resident areas
• Maintain cleanliness in assigned areas through scrubbing and disinfecting




• Prepare housekeeping cart for cleaning tasks
• Communicate with care staff regarding clothing needs
Requirements:
• Grade 12 education and relevant experience
• Knowledge of cleaning and infection control
• Ability to follow instructions in English
• Must pass a tuberculosis test and immunization requirements
• Provide a vulnerable sector police check
