About Us

Solange Medical Aesthetics is a rapidly growing, multi-location medical spa focused on advanced aesthetic treatments and exceptional client experience. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a strong, hands-on Clinic Manager to lead daily operations and drive clinic performance.

Role Overview

This is a leadership role for someone who is highly organized, sales-driven, and confident managing both clients and staff in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for overseeing daily clinic operations, ensuring smooth front-end performance, and driving revenue through strong sales and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily clinic operations to ensure efficiency and organization
- Handle phones, bookings, and client inquiries (calls, texts, online leads)
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve client concerns professionally
- Drive sales performance by converting inquiries into bookings and promoting packages/memberships
- Oversee front desk operations, including payments and scheduling optimization
- Manage, support, and supervise staff (aestheticians, nurses, front desk)
- Assist with hiring, training, and onboarding new team members
- Monitor staff performance, accountability, and overall clinic productivity
- Ensure cleanliness, professionalism, and compliance standards are maintained




- Support marketing initiatives and in-clinic promotions

Qualifications (Required)

- Previous management or supervisory experience (medical spa or clinic preferred)
- Strong sales experience (mandatory) – must be confident closing and coaching others on sales
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and problem-solve
- Professional, reliable, and results-driven
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-based environment
- Adaptable availability, including evenings and weekends
