Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Lead and mentor a business intelligence team in building dashboards, reports, and analytics that support clinical and operational decision-making
Maintain and optimize BI infrastructure — including data models, SQL queries, and reporting pipelines — ensuring accuracy, reliability, and performance
Analyze clinical, operational, and performance data to surface meaningful trends that support leadership decisions and improve care delivery
Translate complex healthcare datasets into clear, trusted insights that non-technical stakeholders can act on
Apply your domain expertise to evaluate and improve how AI systems handle clinical data, analytics workflows,
and healthcare reasoning Who You Are Experienced in healthcare or clinical analytics, business intelligence, or data management — you've built systems that people actually use and trust
Proven track record designing and managing BI systems: dashboards, reporting pipelines, and data models are your native language
Comfortable working with clinical, operational, and administrative datasets in regulated healthcare environments A clear communicator who can bridge the gap between raw data and real decisions
Self-directed and reliable — you deliver quality work without hand-holding Nice to Have Prior experience with data annotation, data quality evaluation, or AI training workflows
Familiarity with EHR systems, claims data, or population health platforms
Background in healthcare informatics, clinical operations, or health IT
