Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Lead and mentor a business intelligence team in building dashboards, reports, and analytics that support clinical and operational decision-making

Design, maintain, and optimize BI infrastructure — including data models, SQL queries, and reporting pipelines — ensuring accuracy, reliability, and performance

Analyze clinical, operational, and performance data to uncover meaningful trends and support high-stakes decisions

Translate complex healthcare datasets into clear, trusted insights that drive improvements in care delivery and organizational efficiency

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align analytics outputs with real-world clinical and business priorities

Apply your domain expertise to evaluate, validate,



and improve AI-generated outputs related to healthcare data and analytics Who You Are Experienced in healthcare or clinical analytics, business intelligence, or health data management

Proven ability to design and manage end-to-end BI systems — dashboards, reporting pipelines, and data models

Comfortable working with clinical, operational, and administrative datasets in regulated healthcare environments

Skilled in SQL and familiar with modern BI and reporting tools A strong communicator who can translate technical findings into transparent, compelling narratives for leadership audiences

Self-directed and reliable when working independently in a remote, asynchronous environment Nice to Have Prior experience with data annotation, data quality review, or evaluation systems

Familiarity with AI tools, large language models, or AI training workflows

Background in health informatics, clinical operations, or population health analytics
