Acute Care TechnologyKey Responsibilities

- Clinical Workflow & Assessment: Partner with customer hospital teams to assess existing workflows, identify opportunities for optimization, and guide product configuration to meet specific clinical practice needs.
- Implementation & Go-Live Support: Provide direct, on-site clinical support during all phases of implementation, including pre-planning, education, system go-live, and post-implementation troubleshooting.
- Education & Training: Schedule, coordinate, and deliver comprehensive training for customer clinicians (including super-users and end-users) on the safe and appropriate use of our clinical products.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Maintain strong relationships with ZOLL Sales and Hospital Training Team, as well as nurses, physicians, and department leadership at client sites. Serve as the clinical liaison, escalating risks or customer concerns to the ZOLL tech support and leadership teams.
- Cross-Border Operations: Manage travel logistics and maintain compliance with all border crossing requirements to support client sites in both Canada and the US as project demands dictate.

- Act as a project manager in planning/developing/executing all educational and training events in a customer account.
- Assist with and/or initiating in-servicing events in existing and new accounts.
- Communicate leads and account updates to outside Territory Manager.
- Provide input to prepare additional materials as needed in the support of sales and training.
- Organize and conducting educational events in existing or new accounts.
- Act as a clinical and technical product expert for all ZOLL Hospital products, in order to discuss the chain of resuscitation.




- Be a passionate advocate for improving patient outcomes in an inpatient hospital setting.

Required/Preferred Education and Experience

- Bachelor's Degree BA or BS preferred
- RN, Paramedic, or RT with 5+ years of experience required
- AHA Instructor - BLS/ACLS/PALS preferred
- Clinical education experience preferred
- Project management experience preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

- Ability to effectively educate clinical personnel
- Ability to affect change through education and evidence based clinical literature
- Ability to seamlessly Integrate technology (iPad, Outlook, Microsoft Suite) into work.
- Demonstrated flexibility, autonomy, self-motivation, and a high level of skilled demeanor
- Ability to work effectively with and direct training and In-servicing programs to achieve highest level of product compliance
- Ability to lead and influence a cross-functional team and operate in a highly complex environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Must be able to improvise in customer situations to achieve a successful resolution.
- Comfortable interacting with the C-Suite Team.
- Must possess a strong personal presence.
- Ability to handle multiple demands from many people and prioritize effectively
- Ability to stay calm and demonstrate a "can do" attitude. Finds opportunity in difficulties.

Travel Requirements

- Availability to travel up to 75%, current passport required

$90,000.00 to $135,000.00
