Lead impactful initiatives at The Bridge Youth & Family Services as a Clinical Program Manager focused on youth recovery. This full-time, permanent role blends leadership, clinical supervision, and community engagement in a bed-based treatment facility. As the Recovery & Addictions Clinical Program Manager, you will guide The Bridge’s efforts to provide protected and effective care at the Youth Recovery House.

With a strong focus on evidence-based practices, your role includes overseeing programs, policies, and protocols while ensuring the safety and well-being of young individuals. Collaboration with diverse staff including Program Facilitators and Registered Nurses is key. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations at the Youth Recovery House




- Provide leadership and clinical supervision to staff
- Implement best practices in recovery programs
- Engage in community initiatives and agency committees
- Shape the development of the Youth Recovery House Phase II Requirements:
- Master’s degree in psychology or social work
- 5+ years of management experience in relevant settings
- Proven experience in substance use treatment
- Professional registration with BCCSW or BCACC
