Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our growing practice, offering both virtual and in-person therapy services to a diverse client population.
This role comes with a unique partnership track: the selected candidate will have the opportunity to step into a part-owner/manager role from the outset, sharing in the strategic direction and growth of the practice. This is an ideal opportunity for a licensed clinician who is ready to combine clinical excellence with practice leadership and long-term ownership.
Duties
- Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy through both virtual (telehealth) and in-person modalities.
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
- Deliver culturally competent care tailored to a diverse client population across varying ages, backgrounds, and presenting concerns.
- Participate in practice management and business decisions as a part-owner, including operations, hiring, and growth strategy.
- Help shape clinical policies, service offerings, and quality-of-care standards across the practice.
- Build and maintain referral relationships with other healthcare providers, community organizations, and institutions.
- Supervise or mentor junior clinicians, trainees, or support staff as the practice grows.
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with legal, ethical,
and confidentiality standards.
- Stay current on best practices, licensure requirements, and emerging trends in clinical psychology and telehealth delivery.
Requirements
- Clinical Psychology Degree from an accredited program.
- Active, unrestricted license to practice as a Clinical Psychologist (or license-eligible with immediate plans to obtain licensure).
- Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience preferred.
- Demonstrated experience providing virtual and in-person therapy services.
- Strong track record working with diverse client populations across cultural, socioeconomic, and identity backgrounds.
- Interest and/or prior experience in practice ownership, management, or business operations is highly valued.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a growing practice.
- Knowledge of relevant legal, ethical, and HIPAA/privacy compliance standards.

Pay: $34.49-$161.22 per hour
