RESEARCH INSTITUTE OF THE MUHC The Research Institute of the McGill University Health Centre (RI-MUHC) is a world-renowned biomedical and hospital research centre. Located in Montreal, Quebec, the Institute is the research arm of the McGill University Health Centre (MUHC) affiliated with the Faculty of Medicine at McGill University. Position Summary

Department / Research Program: Gastroenterology The incumbent is responsible for supporting the successful conduct of clinical research studies. The person will have to collaborates with investigators and health care teams to assume responsibility for the overall patient management and coordination of several clinical studies at the RI-MUHC.

General Duties

- Executes all aspects of study visits and collaborate with the entire medical care team.
- Performs clinical evaluation of the participants according to the protocol requirements,
- Recruits research participants:
- Maintains, completes and updates: adverse event log, questionnaires and protocol specific source documentation,
- Coordinates protocol related tests and processes and ships samples according to clinical protocol and manuals,
- Creates study specific source documentation,
- Provides coordination of all aspects of data collection and source documentation,
- Performs any other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Education: Diplome of College Studies (DEC)

Required Skills

- This position requires an advanced knowledge of oral and written French.
- An intermediate knowledge of oral and written English is required, as the position requires regular contact, as well as processing specific information, with patients who are exclusively proficient in English.

Additional information Status: Temporary, part-time: 28 hours

Pay Scale: Commensurate with education and experience

Work Shift: Other or part time

Other: 8:00AM to 4:00PM Monday to Thursday

Work Site: Glen Site, 1001 Decarie Blvd.
