Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Manage clinical trial timelines, milestones, and deliverables to keep projects consistently on track

Oversee study budgets, financial forecasting, and spend tracking across multiple vendors and research partners

Coordinate with CROs, investigative sites, and internal teams to ensure seamless study execution

Identify operational risks early, resolve issues proactively, and keep all stakeholders aligned throughout the trial lifecycle





Apply your real-world clinical expertise to evaluate and improve AI-generated content and outputs related to clinical research Who You Are Experienced in clinical trial project management, with a robust command of budgets, timelines, and milestones

Skilled at managing vendors, CROs, and external research partners across complex trial operations A natural coordinator — you keep multiple workstreams moving without letting anything fall through the cracks

Detail-oriented and systematic, with a high standard for quality and accuracy

Comfortable working independently in a remote, asynchronous environment Nice to Have Prior experience with data annotation, data quality review, or evaluation workflows

Familiarity with AI tools or content evaluation platforms

Background spanning early-phase through late-phase trial operations
