Clinical Systems Analyst (AI Training)

At Alignerr, we partner with the world's leading AI research teams and labs to build and train cutting-edge AI models. We're looking for experienced Clinical Systems Analysts to bring their healthcare IT expertise to the forefront of AI development.
This is a unique opportunity to apply your deep knowledge of clinical workflows, EHR systems, and hospital IT infrastructure to help shape how AI understands and navigates the healthcare domain. Your real-world expertise will directly influence the quality and accuracy of next-generation AI models.

What You'll Do
- Evaluate and provide expert feedback on AI-generated content related to clinical systems, healthcare IT workflows, and hospital operations
- Identify technical inaccuracies, gaps in clinical reasoning, or unrealistic system configurations in AI outputs
- Apply your troubleshooting and system optimization knowledge to assess how well AI handles real-world healthcare IT scenarios
- Review AI responses covering EHR administration, clinical application support, and hospital infrastructure topics
- Provide structured, detailed feedback that helps AI models better understand healthcare technology
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Experienced in supporting, administering, or optimizing healthcare IT systems — including EHRs, clinical applications, or hospital infrastructure
- Skilled in technical troubleshooting, system testing, and translating clinical workflows into technical solutions
- Able to evaluate technical accuracy and practical applicability of healthcare IT content
- Strong written communicator who can provide explicit, actionable feedback
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently on task-based assignments
Nice to Have
- Prior experience with data annotation, data quality, or AI evaluation workflows
- Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, or clinical interoperability standards
- Background working cross-functionally with clinicians, IT teams, and operations staff
