Your role will require hands-on architectural skills and team leadership, focusing on Incentive Compensation Management and other complex use cases. Engagements will involve guiding consultants and interfacing with senior clients. Key Responsibilities:

- Architect and implement EPM solutions using leading platforms
- Manage teams and oversee project deliverables
- Translate business needs into technical EPM strategies
