Position: Insurance Broker - Producer Support

Job Description / Duties

This role supports our producer across multiple lines of business, including Autopac, Travel Insurance, Personal Lines, and Commercial Lines.

- Provide day-to-day support to dedicated producer
- Assist with Autopac transactions and inquiries for these clients
- Support personal lines policies (home, seasonals, etc.)
- Assist with commercial lines administration
- Process COI’s
- Help process travel insurance requests
- Prepare quotes, policy changes, renewals, and documentation
- Maintain accurate client records in our systems
- Deliver friendly, reliable service to clients and team members

Qualifications / Required Skills

What We’re Looking For:

- Level 1 or 2 Insurance License (or willingness to work towards Level 2)
- Minimum 1 year experience in personal lines
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail




- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- A robust work ethic and positive attitude
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn
