Key Responsibilities:
• Adhere to care plans and report changes
• Assist with resident mobility and personal care




• Observe and document services using Extendicare tools
• Plan and prepare meals when required
• Maintain safety and cleanliness in the environment
Requirements:
• Graduate of Health Care Aide program with practical hours
• Experience with seniors in community health
• Solid communication and organization skills
• Current First Aid and CPR certification recommended
• Ability to lift and transfer clients safely
