Club Experience Team Member

11 Sports & Social Club is looking for friendly, outgoing, reliable and energetic people to join our team.

As a Club Experience Team Member, you’ll play an important role in creating the atmosphere of our Club. We want someone who naturally engages with members and guests, starts conversations, makes people feel welcome and helps build the sense of community we want at the Club.

This is a hands-on role. On any given shift, you could be welcoming players, talking with members about upcoming programs, helping with court bookings, getting courts ready for play, tidying the facility or jumping in wherever help is needed.

What You'll Do

- Welcome members and guests and create a friendly, engaging environment
- Get to know our members, start conversations and help people feel connected to the Club
- Answer questions and help players with court rentals, drop-ins, programs, leagues and other Club activities
- Actively promote Club programs, memberships, events and other opportunities to play, helping generate registrations and Club sales
- Learn about our programs and services so you can confidently recommend options to members and guests
- Assist with check-ins, bookings and general customer service
- Help set up and reset courts for programs, leagues, events and group bookings
- Proactively tidy and clean throughout your shift rather than waiting to be asked
- Regularly monitor courts, social areas, washrooms and common spaces to ensure the facility is clean, organized and presentable
- Monitor the facility and help ensure Club rules and safety procedures are followed
- Assist with special events and group bookings
- Keep equipment and supplies organized
- Stay busy during quieter periods
- Jump in with other general Club duties as needed





Who We're Looking For You don't need to be a pickleball expert or pro. We're more interested in finding someone with the right personality and work ethic.

We're looking for someone who:

- Is outgoing, personable and genuinely enjoys talking with people
- Understands the importance of making members and guests feel welcomed and engaged
- Is comfortable recommending and promoting Club programs and services
- Is confident starting conversations rather than waiting for someone to approach them
- Takes initiative and notices what needs to be done
- Takes pride in keeping a facility clean, tidy and presentable
- Doesn't need to be asked to pick something up, wipe something down or straighten an area
- Is dependable and shows up ready to work
- Is comfortable working independently
- Can stay organized and helpful when the Club gets busy
- Communicates well with members, guests, coaches and other staff
- Is comfortable learning new systems and procedures
- Has an interest in sports, recreation or community programming

Availability We are looking for team members with flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.

Hours may vary depending on Club programming, court bookings, leagues, special events and seasonal demand.

11 Sports & Social Club is Orillia's home for pickleball. Our goal is to create a welcoming place where people can play, learn, compete and connect.

A great Club experience goes beyond the courts. Our team members help create the energy of the Club, build relationships with our members and make sure everyone walks into a facility that is welcoming, clean and ready to play.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
