CNC Lathe Machinist

Location: Edmonton, AB

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:00 PM + consistent overtime optionally available

Compensation: $45/hr - $55/hr

About the Opportunity

Insight Global is seeking full time permanent CNC Lathe Machinists to their team. Responsibilities

- Set up and operate CNC lathe machines
- Machine precision components to tight tolerances
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Perform quality inspections using measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers
- Make machine offsets and minor adjustments as required
- Troubleshoot machining issues and ensure production targets are met
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
- Work closely with the Shop Foreman and production team

Requirements
- 2+ years of CNC Lathe machining experience
- Experience operating and setting up CNC lathes
- Strong blueprint reading skills
- Experience using precision measuring instruments




- Ability to work independently in a production environment
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Red Seal Journeyperson Machinist certification preferred
