What You'll Be Doing

- Set up and operate CNC machining equipment in a manufacturing environment.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
- Select appropriate tooling, and machining processes.
- Use precision measuring instruments including micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
- Inspect finished components to ensure they meet required specifications and tolerances.
- Make machine offsets and adjustments as required to maintain quality.
- Troubleshoot machining and production issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.
- Work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of machining principles, tooling, and materials.
- Ability to accurately read and interpret technical drawings.
- Proficient with precision measuring equipment.
- Experience with Mazak, Fanuc, or similar CNC controls is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.




- Reliable, motivated, and willing to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Machining certification or formal trade training is an asset.
