Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced CNC Router Operator / Programmer to join our growing fabrication team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC router 3 -axis, Along with a 7-axis Fanuc robot trimmer. to produce high-quality parts accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Program CNC routers 3 Axis and 7 Axis using CAD/CAM software (VCarve)
- Set up and operate CNC router machines, including tooling, fixturing, and material loading
- Read and interpret drawings, CAD files, and job specifications
- Perform test cuts and make program adjustments as required
- Monitor machine operation and troubleshoot issues
- Inspect finished parts for quality, accuracy, and tolerances
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Perform basic machine maintenance and tooling changes
- Collaborate with design and production teams to optimize processes

Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience operating and programming CNC routers




- Knowledge of CAD/CAM software (VCarve)
- Experience working with materials such as plastics, wood, MDF, composites, or aluminum
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple jobs
- Familiarity with vacuum hold-down systems and tooling is an asset

Preferred Qualifications
- Formal training or certification in CNC machining or manufacturing
- Experience if running 3/7 Axis machines
- Knowledge of feeds, speeds, and tool selection for various materials
- Willing to train but must have a basic understanding and skills required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $22.00-$29.00 per hour
