Duties

- Set up and program CNC machines based on detailed specifications and technical drawings.
- Operate CNC equipment to produce parts with precision, adhering to quality standards.
- Monitor machine operations, making adjustments as needed to maintain optimal performance.
- Conduct routine inspections of finished products to ensure dimensional accuracy and surface quality.
- Perform regular maintenance on CNC machinery to prevent downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Document production activities, including machine settings, production counts, and quality checks.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues quickly and maintain smooth workflow.





Requirements

- Proven experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of CNC programming languages such as G-code or M-code.
- Ability to read technical drawings, blueprints, and measurement tools accurately.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Basic mechanical skills with the ability to troubleshoot machine problems effectively.
- Valuable communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle materials safely.
