FineLine Tube Products, Inc. is a growing manufacturer located in Upper Brookside, Nova Scotia, with over 20 years of experience producing high-quality automotive components. We specialize in brake, fuel, and transmission lines.
Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable, full-time CNC Tube Bender - Production Worker to join our manufacturing team. This position is scheduled for day shifts, Monday-Thursday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM and Friday 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
The successful candidate will be responsible for operating CNC tube bending equipment to produce automotive lines according to part specifications and quality standards. Previous CNC or manufacturing experience is an asset, but not required. We provide hands-on training to ensure your success in the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC tube bending equipment according to work instructions and established procedures.
- Identify and match tubing to the correct part number.
- Properly load tubing into the CNC bender.
- Visually inspect bent lines throughout production to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Check finished lines for accurate bends and overall appearance.
- Identify issues such as kinking, collapsed tube ends, incorrect bends, or other defects.
- Make adjustments or notify a supervisor when issues are identified.
- Follow all machine safety procedures, including keeping hands clear of moving components.
- Complete production records and other basic documentation as required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Cross-train in other production areas and assist with manufacturing tasks as needed.
Note: This role does not require heavy lifting (all items are under 20 lbs).

Nice to Have (But Not Required)
- Experience in manufacturing, production, or a fast-paced work workplace.
- Experience operating CNC machinery or other production equipment.
- Experience using hand tools or measuring equipment.
- Experience working with tubing, metal products, or automotive components.
- Previous experience with quality control or inspection procedures.
- Ability to read basic work instructions, drawings, or measurements.
Training & Work Environment We provide comprehensive, hands-on training for the CNC tube bending process, including machine operation, part identification, proper tube loading, safety procedures, and quality inspection.
No previous CNC bending experience is required. We're looking for dependable people who pay attention to detail, take pride in producing quality products, and are willing to learn.
Pay
$20-$23 an hour, based on experience.
Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
