About the Opportunity We’re seeking a detail‑driven, forward‑thinking Co- Controller to join our finance team and play a key role in strengthening our financial operations. Key Responsibilities
- Support the Controller in managing day‑to‑day accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance, month‑end and year‑end close, and financial reporting
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reconciliations, and variance analyses
- Initial assistance with and eventual responsibility for budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management for various corporations
- Oversee payroll, fixed asset processes and provide assistance with A/R and A/P activity
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements
- Lead or support process improvements, system enhancements, and automation initiatives
- Coordinate with external auditors and provide required documentation
- Mentor and support accounting staff as needed
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and accounting systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA designation (completed or in progress) strongly preferred
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in a corporate or public accounting environment and having multi-currency experience
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
- Advanced proficiency with Excel and familiarity with ERP/accounting systems
- Exceptional attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem‑solving ability
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
