Role Description The Co-Founder Marketing Growth and Business Development role is a full-time leadership position based on-site in Open Hall, NL. This role is responsible for defining and executing the company’s marketing and growth strategy, including brand positioning, digital marketing campaigns, and customer acquisition initiatives. The Co-Founder will identify new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and develop go-to-market plans for web and software solutions.

Day-to-day tasks include analyzing market trends, engaging with prospective clients, supporting proposal development,



and collaborating closely with product and technical teams to align offerings with client needs. The role also involves contributing to high-level decision-making, revenue planning, and establishing processes that support sustainable scaling of the business.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in marketing strategy, brand development, and growth planning for technology or software products.
- Strong background in business development, including lead generation, sales pipeline management, and partnership building.
- Ability to conduct market research, analyze customer needs, and translate insights into actionable campaigns and offerings.
- Experience with digital marketing channels (e.g., social media, search, email, content marketing) and performance tracking.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage clients and stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated leadership capability, including co-founder or early-stage startup experience, and comfort with strategic decision-making.
- Familiarity with web and mobile application development environments and IT security considerations is an asset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree or equivalent experience is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Open Hall, NL, collaborate cross-functionally, and thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
