SKILLS REQUIRED

- Develop and maintain IBM Cognos reports, dashboards, and reporting frameworks using Report Studio and Cognos Analytics.
- Design and maintain data models, packages, metadata layers, and reporting structures to support business intelligence and analytics.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Optimize report performance while ensuring data accuracy, consistency, quality, and governance.
- Provide production support, troubleshoot reporting issues,



and deliver enhancements and release deployments.
- Integrate Cognos with enterprise data platforms including SQL Server, Oracle, and Azure Data Services.
- Participate in UAT, data validation, report testing, and technical documentation throughout the development lifecycle.
