We are seeking a motivated and EXPERIENCED CLAWS Combine Operator to join our team for the 2026 season. We are gearing up for a busy harvest season and are looking for a dependable, hard-working individual with experience. Responsibilities

- A strong commitment to personal safety and the careful operation of expensive farm equipment.
- Safely operate a combine harvester with precision, ensuring optimal performance during harvesting activities
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of combine to prevent downtime and ensure safety standards are met
- Follow all safety protocols related to harvesting
- Field awareness

- Ability to locate assigned fields, using GPS or other resources




- Collaborate with team members to coordinate movements of large equipment and ensure smooth workflow in office

Requirements

- Proven experience operating combines
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and lift heavy objects safely as required.
