As our Commercial Field Leader, you'll spend your time coaching technicians, completing ride-alongs, improving performance, supporting difficult jobs, and helping build one of Ontario's strongest Commercial Service teams. You'll continue performing commercial work to stay technically sharp, but your primary responsibility is helping others become exceptional.

What You'll Do Every week you'll: Coach Commercial Technicians through ride-alongs and one-on-one mentoring.

Support technicians with technical troubleshooting and difficult repairs.

Improve First-Time Fix Rates and reduce callbacks.

Review technician KPIs and develop improvement plans.

Lead by example through your own workmanship and professionalism.

Partner with the Production Manager to strengthen team performance.

Build future leaders within the Commercial department.

Continue performing commercial service and installation work while remaining connected to the field. Who You'll Work With You'll report directly to the Production Manager and collaborate closely with: Commercial Technicians

What You'll Bring Extensive commercial garage door industry experience.

Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.

Leadership, mentoring, or coaching experience.

Excellent communication skills.

Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Computer proficiency (ServiceTitan experience is considered an asset).

Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

A professional attitude and customer-first mindset Compensation & Growth Package We believe in rewarding leadership fairly, transparently, and with meaningful opportunities to grow your income.

Total Earning Potential: $128,000–$140,000+ annually Your Compensation Package Includes Base Salary $92,500 annually Provides a strong foundation that reflects your leadership responsibilities and technical expertise.

Performance Pay

Up to $24,000 annually Earn monthly performance pay by achieving established leadership KPIs, including technician development, team performance, coaching effectiveness, and operational excellence.

Personal Sales Commission

Earn 5% commission on your personal commercial sales while continuing to perform independent field work.

Expected Annual Commission: $12,500–$25,000 Based on expected annual personal sales of approximately $250,000–$500,000.
