We're looking for an experienced Commercial Interior Project Designer to join our team.

Whether your background is in Interior Design, Architectural Technology, Architectural Design or a related discipline, we're looking for someone who enjoys solving complex design challenges and takes pride in transforming great ideas into buildable reality.

This is a remote-first position

. While you'll primarily work remotely, you'll travel throughout Ontario and Canada for client meetings, site visits, installations and occasional team collaboration as projects require.

You enjoy both creative thinking and technical problem solving.

You're equally comfortable developing design concepts, coordinating consultants and producing accurate construction drawings.

You take ownership of your work, communicate well, ask thoughtful questions and enjoy collaborating with clients, contractors and teammates.

Most importantly, you care deeply about quality and take pride in producing work that is both beautifully designed and exceptionally detailed.

What You'll Do

As a Commercial Interior Project Designer

, you'll play an active role throughout every stage of a project.

Your work will include

- Developing commercial interior design concepts and space planning solutions
- Producing detailed construction drawing packages
- Preparing floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, finish plans, millwork details and interior elevations
- Coordinating with consultants, contractors and fabricators
- Participating in client meetings, site reviews and project presentations
- Supporting prototype development and national rollout programs
- Reviewing shop drawings and construction progress




- Helping ensure projects are delivered with exceptional quality from concept through construction

You may currently be working as an:

- Commercial Interior Designer
- Interior Designer
- Architectural Designer
- Architectural Technologist
- Design Technologist
- Project Designer
- CAD Designer

If you've built a strong foundation in commercial design and construction documentation, we'd love to hear from you. Experience The ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years of Canadian commercial interior design or architectural experience
- A Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architectural Technology, Architecture, Environmental Design, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience
- Strong experience producing commercial construction documentation
- Excellent AutoCAD proficiency
- Strong knowledge of commercial construction methods and detailing
- Experience coordinating with consultants, contractors and vendors
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Registration with ARIDO , or eligibility for registration, is considered an asset but is not required.

Technical Skills

Our projects are built on exceptional technical documentation and thoughtful design.

Visualization and rendering skills are valuable,
